Customer may not return any A.M.S.S. Products/Parts without a Return Authorization (“RA”) from A.M.S.S. A.M.S.S. Products/Parts will not be accepted without an approved RA number and an RA label clearly visible on the outside package. Such A.M.S.S. Products/Parts will be returned at Customer's expense.
